2. Data we collect
Name and email address when a user completes the contact form. Additionally, email address and, where applicable, name when the user gives express consent to receive commercial communications.

Separately, and only where the user provides specific and express consent, their email address may be used to send commercial and promotional communications from JUAN MIGUEL CANSINO, including newsletters, promotions and updates, through the Listmonk platform.

7. Consequences of not providing data
Providing the requested information in the contact form is necessary to process the enquiry. If the information is not provided, it will not be possible to manage the request.
